If I'm interpreting this right - about five minutes before the first T-wave of the quake was measured, there were reports of intermittent radio disruption all along the coast. A ship five miles out reported their compass and navigation equipment going offline. Three things have enough power to cause electromagnetic disruption in that big of a radius. One's a nuclear explosion, one's Lorna, and if the other one is who's responsible...
