Well, I'm 16, so that's a no. Plus they're starting to put inhibitor devices in all the casinos. And I wouldn't call myself lucky exactly. :)

Well, this hotel owner threw a huge fit back in December, got robbed by mutants or something, was all over the news. He threw some money at city hall, and city hall passed some ordinance. Yadda yadda yadda...

Which sucks, because in 5 years I could have been *so* rich....
